As a 50 year old mother of two Graduates I now have more time to spend indulging a passion for both reading and writing. I have an administration background and, a few years ago, created a Termly magazine for schools called Kids Direct. I now work for a publishing company as Training Manager, and we are about to launch a new edition entitled Kool4Kidz.
I also love English and traveling and carry a notebook everywhere. Recent trips include Egypt, Jordan and Israel, where there is more history than any one person can reasonably handle and therefore lots of ideas for stories and articles. A favourite is the mystery of Akhenaten.
We have had our dogs Pet Passported as they accompany us on our European trips and are also an endless source of inspiration. I have written a book based on the life of our collie, Max called "It's A Dog's Tail" and am currently at the edit stage of a historical novel.
Other interests include Gymnastics (I was a Coach whilst my daughter Hayley was competing), the paranormal, teaching and creating competitions and games for the family as well as the magazine.
